xindoucha, is actually called smoked bean tea, also known as baked bean tea, is a traditional tea drinking custom in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, especially in Nanxun, Huzhou. It is a refreshment made with smoked beans as the main ingredient and other ingredients. The auxiliary materials are generally dried carrots, orange peel, sweet-scented osmanthus, sesame and green tea leaves, and others who are particular about adding Zhenze black tofu, flat tips, bamboo shoots or green olives and so on.
